Shaheen lands in trouble for indisciplined behaviour

LAHORE: Pakistan’s pace spearhead Shaheen Afridi is in deep trouble as some very bad news relating to indiscipline during recent tours of Ireland and England are circulating in the media.

The media reports quoting sources said that Shaheen misbehaved with the coaching staff and team management on recent tours but the management did not take any action against him.

According to the reports the PCB is investigating why Shaheen was spared for indiscipline.

The reports say that in the coaches report lobbies of various players have also been discussed.

Sources say that the PCB is investigating about these lobbies and how cricketers associated with them are benefiting from them.

The PCB chairman has received managers and coaches reports following Pakistan’s dismal showing in the World Cup in the US.

The PCB have also removed selectors Wahab Riaz and Abdul Razzaq from their posts as selectors.

Razzaq was also sacked as women’s selector.

Pakistan team manager Mansoor Rana was removed on Wednesday.
