LAHORE: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) rugby team defeated hosts Pakistan by a big margin of 93-3 in the second match of Asia Rugby Division One series here at the Punjab Stadium on Saturday night.
Sports Board Punjab (SBP) made all the arrangements for the two-match Asia Rugby Division One series played under the auspices of Pakistan Rugby Union (PRU).
President of Asia Rugby Qais Abdullah Mohsin was the chief guest at the second match of the series.
Chairman Pakistan Rugby Union (PRU) Fauzi Khawaja, President PRU Arif Saeed and other officials were also present on this occasion.
A large number of rugby fans including several foreign guests also watched the rugby clash and appreciated the lively game of both teams.
