Pakistan in a must-win situation as they face Ireland

ISLAMABAD: After having failed to deliver in their opener Pakistan men’s cricket team is set to face Ireland in Dublin today.
It will be a do-or-die battle as in case of a loss the visitors will lose the series.
Babar’s charges will need to play with positive approach and the skipper himself will need to raise his leadership skills which seemed to be the key cause of losing the first game.
It was a historic first-ever win in T20I by Ireland against Pakistan who are being led by dashing batsman Paul Stirling who has enormous experience of playing in the Pakistan Super League.
Babar will need to be meticulous in decision-making process as a blunder in T20 cricket is never affordable.
In the last game his reliance on leggie Shadab Khan sunk the team eventually while defending 183.
He had the spin resources in the shape of off-spinner Iftikhar Ahmed and Saim Ayub who mostly proves to be more deceptive for the batsmen who have not played him before more.
It is the leader in cricket which manages wins for the country as he had to handle the side on the pitch. A head coach role in cricket is only limited to strategies while skipper not only implements these strategies but he also uses solid tactics which count a lot.
