Saim Ayub dropped as Pakistan unveiled players for white-ball camp

LAHORE: As many as 28 players will feature in the NCA white-ball camp which will commence from Friday, 15 May, the PCB announced on Wednesday.
The seven-day camp will conclude on Thursday, 21 May with players taking part in training sessions as well as practice matches.
The camp has been organised to help players prepare for the forthcoming ODI series against Australia, which will be played in Rawalpindi and Lahore from 30 May to 4 June. The squad for the three-match series will be announced in due course.
During the camp, the NCA coaching staff will work alongside the Pakistan men’s team white-ball coaching staff to better prepare the players for the series.
The camp also includes Pakistan U19 fast bowlers Abdul Subhan and Ali Raza, who represented Pakistan in the ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup held in Zimbabwe and Namibia earlier this year.
Recently, the NCA also held a red-ball Camp featuring 17 players, who underwent skills and fitness sessions and took part in two scenario-based practice matches.
