LAHORE: Pakistan will tour Bangladesh next month for a three-match One-Day International (ODI) series.
It will be the visitors’ second trip to the country since July 2025.
Pakistan are scheduled to arrive in Bangladesh on March 9 and will hold a training session on March 10 ahead of the opening ODI against the hosts at the Shere Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka on March 11.
The second ODI will be played on March 13, with the third and final match set for March 15. All three fixtures will take place at the same venue in the capital.
The series marks Pakistan’s return to Bangladesh after their last visit in July 2025, when they played a three-match Twenty20 International series. Bangladesh won that contest 2-1, underlining their growing confidence at home in the shorter format.
Bangladesh, meanwhile, toured Pakistan in May and June last year for a three-match T20I series where the visitors were swept 3-0 by the side led by Salman Ali Agha.
The upcoming ODI series provides both teams an opportunity to recalibrate in the 50-over format as they continue preparations for future international assignments. With home advantage and recent success against Pakistan in T20 cricket, Bangladesh will look to carry momentum into the ODI series, while Pakistan will aim to reassert themselves in subcontinental conditions.
