LAHORE: Pakistan’s seasoned batsman Fakhar Zaman has been ruled out of the remaining of the World Cup due to knee innury. The left-handed batsman carried this injury and he was wrongly drafted in the side against the Netherlands in Pakistan’s third game in the global event which aggravated it. Fakhar initially had not been drafted in the side in 15-man squad because of this problem. Later he was lifted from the travelling reserves to the 15-man playing pool for the major event in place of Usman Qadir. He was given a chance against the Netherlands after having missed out the first two games against India and Zimbanwe which Pakistan lost. He has been replaced by Mohammad Haris.
