KARACHI: Pakistan and India have been placed in the same group as Asian Hockey Federation (AHF) announced draws for the Hero Asia Cup which will be held in Jakarta from May 23 to June 1.
India, Pakistan, Japan and Indonesia have been clubbed in Group A while Group B carries Malaysia, Korea, Oman and Bangladesh.
Pakistan will begin their medal quest with their opener against India on May 23 while on May 24 they will lock horns with Indonesia and on May 27 they will be pitted against Japan. Pakistan team currently is in Europe, playing a series against Holland in Breda.
