LAHORE: Skipper Babar Azam and stumper Mohammad Rizwan are likely to be rested for T20 series against Afghanistan.
According to sources there are chances that in the absence of Babar Shaheen Afridi may lead Pakistan team which will face Afghans at Sharjah in three T20i on March 24, 26 and 27.
Sources said that upcoming talented cricketers including Saim Ayub, Haseebullah, Ihsanullah and Azam Khan are likely to be given chances. Meanwhile sources also revealed that Imad Wasim and Faheem Ashraf are also likely to be included in the squad which will be announced in few days.
