ISLAMABAD: The DRS technology will not be utilised during the Pakistan-New Zealand series which will begin with the first one-day at the Pindi Cricket Stadium Rawalpindi on September 17.

The basic reason behind the matter is that the ICC-accredited technicians are not available for operating the system. However sources said that the technology will be utilised during Pakistan-England two-match T20 series which will be held just before the beginning of the T20 World Cup next month.

Pakistan will play a three-match One-day series against New Zealand at Rawalpindi while the five-match T20 series between the two nations will be held at Lahore. The series will last until October 3. New Zealand team is scheduled to arrive in the wee hours of September 12 in Islamabad.
