HARARE: Pakistan’s key pacer Shaheen Afridi has said that they would try not to repeat the mistakes they made on South Africa tour and play good cricket on the tour of Zimbabwe where Pakistan are set to face the hosts in three T20 and two Test match series.
“We played good cricket on South Africa tour and won both the ODI and T20 series. On Zimbabwe tour too we would try not to repeat the mistakes we made in South Africa and play good cricket,” Shaheen said.
He said that he does not feel any issue regarding workload, saying, he is enjoying his cricket.
“No there is no such issue. Physio and trainer look at my workload. After PSL I took proper rest and whenever there is needed I am given rest. I am enjoying my cricket and give hundred percent when skipper hands me the ball,” Shaheen said.
He said Pakistan is a young bowling unit and the bowlers know each other as they have been playing together for quite a while.
