HARARE: Pakistan will be looking to take an unassailable lead in the three-match T20I series against Zimbabwe when both teams will face each other in the second outing here at the Harare Sports Club Ground today.
The match will start at 2pm PST. According to sources Pakistan are likely to retain the same team which had defeated Zimbabwe in the first game on Wednesday by 11 runs to take 1-0 lead.
Zimbabwe will not be able to have the services of Craig Ervine who developed calf strain while fielding in the opener which also held at the same venue on Wednesday.
Pakistan were lucky to seal a win in the opener due to some poor fielding from the hosts who shelled five catches and especially the dropped chance of Mohammad Rizwan hurt them more as the wicket-keeper batsman went on to hit unbeaten 82 which enabled Pakistan to set a 150-run target for Zimbabwe who were restricted to 138 when Haris Rauf defended 20 runs in the last over.
